Boho Heimilið (The Bohemian Home)
For all orders outside Iceland the VAT is not included in product prices and won't be added at checkout. Therefore tax and duty costs may apply in your home country.
Shipping costs will be added before the sale is completed. Boho Heimilið reserves the right to change prices or stop offering certain products without notice. We are also entitled to cancel the sale if the price on the website is listed incorrectly.
Unfortunately the prices during check out will only be displayed in ISK. We apologise for this inconvenience, although up until check out you can see the prices in different currency (top right corner drop down list).
You can pay for products via the Borgun/Saltpay payment page. Boho Heimilið does not store debit/credit card information.
Delivery of goods
Processing time is 1-3 business days. You will receive an email one the order has been processed and shipped out. If the product is not available, we will contact the customer regarding the estimated delivery time of the product.
Shipping and handling costs
All deliveries outside of Iceland are distributed by Íslandspóstur (Icelandic post office).
Shipping delivery prices are based on the total weight of the customer’s order and to which country is the order going to be shipped to.
Shipping price is calculated at check out.
All deliveries are subject to duties and taxes according to your country’s laws. Any charges that may apply when you receive your order are not included in the shipping cost.
The VAT tax is not included for the orders outside of Iceland.
All orders distributed by Íslandspóst are subject to Íslandspóst's terms of delivery, warranty and transport. All this information can be found here . Boho Home is therefore not responsible for lost shipments or damage that may occur during the shipment of the product.
To exchange or return a product
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please contact us via email email@example.com
Products can be returned within 30 days after purchase date for a full refund. Product price on the original receipt will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer needs to cover postage and any relevant duty costs.
You can use any postal service for product return.
We recommend to mark the parcel as “returned goods” to avoid duty costs.
Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
The product can only be returned or replaced if it is in the original undamaged packaging. The product must be in perfect condition, otherwise it will not accepted.
You must include a copy of your receipt or invoice number.
After receiving the returned items it might take up to 10 business days to receive you refund. Only the same debit/credit card that was used to make the purchase will be refunded.
If the product is in any way defected, customer can get a new or similar product instead. The defected product can also be refunded upon request. The customer must send back the defective product to the store if requested, and the new product will be sent instead. We pay for all the shipping costs in question.

Sales and product returns
Products purchased on sale cannot be returned.
Everyone who shops through an online store agrees that the registered information goes to the online store's database (except for card information). Information will only be used for the delivery of the products and will never be handed over to third parties.
All terms above are in accordance with Icelandic law.
